  • All subscribers who download the application are given 5 GB of storage space.
  • The storage capacity could be increased by purchasing additional packages with no hassle of credit cards. Everything would be billed on their Kuzey Kibris Turkcell bills. These packages could also be cancelled any time the customer wants.
  • lifebox app is can operate on devices with IOS 8.1 and higher and Android 4.0 and higer. 
  • You can share your photos, videos and documents through email, facebook and Twitter.
  • Kuzey Kibris Turkcell is not responsible for the documetns you share through your lifebox account.
  • lifebox capacity is limited by the package subscribed with the membership. the capacity could be increades by additional packages.
  • The information on the service is not shared with a third party.
  • Your files on lifebox are saved securely and encrypted with high secure Turkcell Data Warehouse, and are accessible by only the user.

The only difference between the memberships are the storage capacity provided.

Yes. All of the lifebox memberships and the 5GB lifebox internet package renews every 31 days. Prepaid accounts will need to have enough units on their acount on the day of renewal for the package to renew. If there is not enough units on the accounts on the day of renewal, the memberships will automatically cancel, and the users will need to reregister to the memberships once they have enough units on their accounts.

lifebox operates through internet, and you can access to the app anywhere you are as long as there is internet.

For your convenience and better lifebox experience, your lifebox membership comes with a 5GB internet package special for lifebox usage. So if you are using your mobile internet, your lifebox will first consume from your 5GB internet package included with your membership. Once you run out of your lifebox internet package, then it will start consuming from your other internet packages. But remember your lifebox internet package is only valid for your lifebox usages, and other applications will be using from your other internet packages.

If you are using wi-fi for lifebox, lifebox will not consume from any of your internet packages.

Yes. Your lifebox application is accessible anywhere in the world as long as there is internet. Since your 5GB lifebox internet package is also valid in Turkey, your lifebox internet usage will consume from your lifebox internet package. Once the lifebox internet package reaches its quota, your usage will continue from your other internet packages or you will be charged at the roaming rates in Turkey if you don't have a valid internet package.

Yes. Your lifebox application is accessible anywhere in the world as long as there is internet. However, your 5GB lifebox internet package is only valid in North Cyprus and Turkey, and your lifebox internet usage will consume from your roaming internet package or your internet usage will be charged under standard roaming tariff rates in other countries.

Once you finish your lifebox internet package, your internet usage will continue from your other mobile packages, and if you do not have a valid internet package on your account, you will be charged at flex internet rates.

Yes, you can share your lifebox internet package with other devices by using personal hotspot, however, since your lifebox internet package is only valid for lifebox usages, make sure the other device is only using the internet only for lifebox. Otherwise, internet used for other apps will consume from your valid internet packages.

You can text LIFEBOX REMAIN to 3030 to inquire about your internet package.

Yes. You will receive a notification SMS when you reach 80% and 100% of your lifebox internet pakage.

You can text;

  • LIFEBOX 50GB CANCEL to 3030 to cancel their lifebox 50GB subscription,
  •  LIFEBOX 500GB CANCEL to 3030 to cancel their lifebox 500GB subscription, 
  • LIFEBOX 2.5TB CANCEL to 3030 to cancel their lifebox 2.5TB subscription.

The memberships subscribed on the application stores can only be cancelled through the application stores. So you will need to sign in to your corresponding application store and cancel your membership from there.

Only memberships through Kuzey Kibris Turkcell and lifecell could be cancelled by Kuzey Kibris Turkcell.
