Will I be notified when the Flex feature starts?
Yes. An information SMS is sent when you use 80% and %100 of the internet quota of the package you are using.

How is the pricing period for Flex internet feature?
When your internet quota offered as part of your package is full, you can use up to 125 TL with the flex feature of your package.

Can I disable the Flex internet feature?
Flex internet feature is the feature of the package you are using. You do not need to make an additional request to benefit and it cannot be cancelled as it is a feature of the package

Start Date: 08.01.2019
End Date: All consumers benefiting from the tariff will be informed about the expiry date over the electronic communication service they received at least 15 days ago and also by posting on the internet (website).
