The reservation period for your line is 30 days. If the line is not activated within 30 days, your reservation will be cancelled. Should you want to get your line after 30 days, you will need to resubmit your application online. After 30days the available numbers are subject to change.

Can I choose whichever package I like?
The packages that will fit your best interest will be listed as postpaid or prepaid. For prepaid lines, you will need to choose your tariff, and once your line is activated you may load prepaid packages online with your credit card at: https://www.kktcell.com/en/package-load/prepaid-package

Why am I only seeing prepaid packages?
The system provides the available packages for you to purchase. If you only see prepaid packages, don’t worry, you can still submit your application. Once you have activated your prepaid line and want to switch to a postpaid line, you can do so after activation. Postpaid lines need extra documentation, so please be prepared to provide necessary documents when asked by your representatives.
