• How can I view my remaining balance of calls, data and SMS?

  To view your remaining package or tariff balance, visit your account at kktcell.com. When you click on your remaining amount on the top-right corner of the page, you can view your remaining call, internet and texting balance.

  You can be forwarded to ''My Line Information'' page by clicking on ''My Account'' on the main menu. You can view the monthly start and end date of your package, your remaining balance and the amount you used as wlell as the details about your package or tariff by choosing ''MY TARIFFS AND PACKAGES + MY REMAINING BALANCE'' option located on the left of the page that will open up. To view your remaining balance, click here.

  • You will be forwarded to ''My Line Information'' page when you log into ''My Account'' at kktcell.com.
  • You can view a summary of your remaining balance on ''My Line Information'' page. This page displays your line summary where you can view your remaining balance of calls, internet and SMS.
  • You can find out your invoice amount and payment due date. To access My Line Information page, click here.
