On the prepaid package top-up screen from Turkcell North Cyprus application, you can have your line automatically top-up regularly with the autopay instruction you give from your credit card. You can choose any of the available packages and have it automatically loaded to your line on the date your package will be renewed every month.
Step-by-Step Instruct Autopay
- In Turkcell North Cyprus application, go to the prepaid package top-up or mobile internet top-up sections
- Note that this feature is available in selected packages
- Select your package, enter your payment details and activate the option to register your card and the option for instruct autopay
- Activate your package by completing the payment process
- After your package is activated, your ‘Instruct Autopay’ is received.
- When the expiry date of your package arrives, your registered credit card will be charged for the package and your package will be renewed.Who can instruct autopay?
Our prepaid line customers can instruct autopay for Turbo Star 8GB, Turbo Star 25GB and 50GB Mobile Internet package.Can I earn free internet by instructing autopay?
When you renew your package with the Instruct Autopay, 5GB free internet will be activated on your line.Can I Cancel My Instruct Autopay?
You can cancel at any time from the ‘Instruct Autopay’ section of Turkcell North Cyprus application.
Can I change the credit card I have instructed?
You can update your card information in the ‘Instruct Autopay’ section.What happens if there is insufficient funds on my credit card on the day of my package renewal?
Your package will not be renewed and your "Regular Top-up Instruction" will be cancelled.You can give a regular top-up instruction by starting a new package by going to the package top-up step again. -

Until what date can I top-up and continue using my line?
Once you make your first call after you receive your sim card or once you dial *123#, your 60 days ''Initial Term'' will start, and you may make calls, receive calls, text and use the internet during this ter. If you do not top-up during the initial term, your line will be terminated and cannot be used again. If you top-up, your line will be transferred to 300 days normal usage term.
Once you top-up, 90 days of ''Active Term'' will start. You can make calls, receive calls and use all the services available during the active term. If you do not top up during this term, 90 days ''Passive Term'' will start. During this term, you will be able to receive calls, but you will not be able to make calls even if you have already credits on your account. In order to make calls, you need to top-up once every 90 days. If you do not top-up while your line is half-active, your ''final term'' will start. During this term, you will not be able to make or receive calls, and you will not be able to use any of the services available. If you do not top-up during this term, your account will be cancelled and you will not be able to use your line again.

Do I have to register my post-paid line?
The electronic communication law requires registration of prepaid lines if they are to be used for more than 3 months starting from the starting from the day they were first used. If your line is not registered starting from the date you activate your line until the end of the third month, your line will be terminated.

How do I register my prepaid line?
1- Text your name, surname, id number and type of id to 1234 leaving a space in between each word, free of charge. Sample SMS: ECE AK 333333 PASSPORT ID.
2- To register, you may also visit one of our Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Branches together with your id.
3- To register, you may also call 533 Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell call centre.
4- Access ''My Account'' located on the top menu at kkcell.com, log-in using your super password and access ''My Line Summary'' located on the left hand side of ''My Account''. To update now, click here. -

What is Mobile Radio Usage Charge? Why is there such a charge?
According to article 63 of 6/2012 Electronic Communication Law, which became effective on 20.12.2012 with law number 670 Mobile Terminal Radio Charges Legislation, Mobile Terminal Radio usage charge is the fee that all active GSM subscriber are liable to pay. .
The mobile terminal radio charging period started on 01.09.2013 and on 01.09.2013 the first mobile radio charge was reflected on post-paid accounts while the post-paid accounts received the first mobile charge on 01.10.2013 until the radio charge fee was successfully deducted from the account as credits.

What is the Mobile Radio Usage Charge?
According to the relevant legislation, the Mobile Radio Usage Charge is 7.08TL, and is reflected on the front page of post-paid account holders' invoices as ''Mobile Radio Usage Charge'' every relevant month. On the other hand, 108.92 credits are deducted from prepaid accounts which is equivalent to 7.08 TL and account holders are notified with a text message after deduction.

How do I get charged if I do not have sufficient credits on my account?
If you do not have sufficient credits on your account, the remaining balance is reflected on the next period as due, and the first time you top up, the remaining balance is automatically deducted from your account. For example, if 14.6 cannot be deducted from your account in October, 29.2 credits will be deducted in the next month for the monthly fees for both October and November.

What is a credit transfer?
Credit Transfer service allows you to transfer credits to post-paid customers.
If you are a prepaid customer, the amount you transfer will be reflected on bill, if you are a post-paid customer, the amount will be deducted from your current balance.
You can transfer credits to a number of your choice by clicking on the ''Login'' button, entering your super password and accessing the ''Credit Transfer'' section located on the left hand-side under ''My Account'' menu.
You can also send a text message to 4243 by entering the number you would like to transfer credits to in the text message section of your mobile phone without entering the initial zero followed by space and the amount you would like to transfer. (For Example: 5XXXXXXXXX 25)
