  • You can cancel your 12-month contracted, fixed price guaranteed home internet subscription by paying the early cancellation fee before it expires. While your contracted home internet subscription on your line is still ongoing, if your line is canceled, your home internet will be canceled and the early cancellation fee will be reflected on your line.
  • After subscription cancellation, the hardware installed on your roof and the adapter belonging to the hardware must be returned.
