Flex Internet Feature

  • When your internet quota offered as part of your package is full, you can use up to 125 TL in steps with the flex feature of your package.
  • Each level is 100 MB.
  • With the flex feature of your package, you will be charged for every 100 MB you use.
  • Your internet speed is reduced to 5Kbps when your usage comes to 125 TL. You can continue to use it for free with 5 Kbps speed.

Call 533 Voice Response System or Call Center

You may start using your package once you receive a confirmation message stating that your package is activated.

Text REMAIN to 5151 free of charge to find out your remaining balance.
Log into My Account and check out My Remaining Balance section.

You will be informed through SMS both when your package benefit reaches 80% and when you use up all your package benefits.

The internet you have not used within the month are not transferred to the next month.

You may use your mobile internet package Turkey and while in the TRNC.

Yes you can, however an early termination fee will be charged to your account.

The early termination fee is the total amount of discount given until the date of cancellation.

If you want to cancel your 12-month contract before the end date, the total amount of discount until the date of cancellation will be billed to your account. If your line is restricted for calling after two unpaid bills, the early termination fee will be charged to your account and your contract will be cancelled.
