To start your Monthly 1 GB package;

• Text 1 to 5151,
• Visit one of the Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Branches
• Call 533 Voice Response System or Call Center

You may start using your package once you receive a confirmation message stating that your package is activated.

• Text REMAIN to 5151 free of charge to find out your remaining balance.
• Dial *123*45# to find out your remaining balance.
• Log into My Account and check out My Remaining Balance section.
  

You will be informed through SMS both when your package benefit reaches 80% and when you use up all your package benefits.

The internet you have not used within the month are not transferred to the next month.

The data you download and upload while using the internet are deducted from your package limit. Once you exceed your package allowance, the downloaded and uploaded data is calculated according to the package excess fee.

Your monthly internet package is renewed once in every 31 days unless you cancel it.

You may use your mobile internet package Turkey and while in the TRNC.

You do not need to cancel the package you are currently using. If you would like to upgrade your package, you only need to request your new package. You may also use your remaining balance until the end date of your previous package.

To cancel your Internet Package, all you need to do is to text CANCEL to 5151, free of charge

When your package is cancelled, you may use your remaining internet package until the package expire date.
