Superbox is a technology that offers internet service via 4.5G broadband by sim card wifi modem. Wifi modem uses Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell sim card for connection.
You can order at Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell stores, Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell application or from https://www.kktcell.com/en/superbox-order-form. Service availability may vary depending on your region. You will be inform about your application as soon as possible via your contact number. Kuzey Kıbırs Turkcell has the right to change the content and/or duration of the campaign.
Superbox service is provided with 4.5G connection technology and speeds may vary depending on the coverage area.
Superbox can be used where 4.5G service quality is appropriate. In order to give you the best experience, speed checks are made during the application and installation.
Superbox is a portable device. The monthly service fee for portable use without any location lock is 50 TL, however you can use your Superbox without any location lock for free until June 30, 2024.
Superbox is only available with quota packages. Additional packages can be purchased when your quota expires. There are 3 types of quota internet packages. These packages do not have any download or upload speed limitations. You can reach the highest speed that can be given according to your region.
When your quota for your selected Superbox package runs out, your use will be stopped. You can continue your use by purchasing the SUPER EK 50 GB package, valid for 30 days, priced at 150 TL. You can increase your quota by purchasing the additional 50 GB package as you wish. The EK 50GB package is a single package and expires after 30 days without being renewed. To benefit from the EK 50 GB package, simply write EK 50 via the SMS interface of the modem you are using your Superbox line with and send it to 5500. Your package will start instantly.
The benefits offered in Superbox packages are only valid domestically.
It is quite easy to install. Just a 4.5G sim card and a socket is enough.
You can use the modem provided by us for service until you terminate your subscription. In case of malfunction other than user error, your modem will be replaced free of charge. Modem service is included in your monthly package fee.
If you want to have a modem, you must make a down payment of 2999 TL. Sales of modems are made only through Turkcell Communication Centers.
An installation fee is charged. It is 350 TL.
Modems that are not purchased with prepayment through Turkcell Communication Centers belongs to Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell and must be returned to Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell Communication Centers within 10 days in a complete, working and undamaged condition at the end of the campaign or in case of line cancellation. If the modem is not returned, is missing, damaged or unusable, 1800 TL including VAT for the Superbox CAT 7 modem will be reflected on the final invoice. Superbox notification SMS are sent to the data line specified in the subscription agreement. Sent SMS messages can be easily accessed through the modem interface. Package cancelation SMSs are also sent to the specified GSM contact number.
Static IP is not provided with the Superbox service.
Number changes, payment type changes, product type changes, number portability and transfer cannot be made with Superbox lines.
