• Yes. Turkcell Dergilik subscriptions are renewed automatically once in every 31 days. For the prepaid lines you need to have sufficient credits on your line on the package renewal date. If there are insufficient credits on your line, the package will be automatically cancelled.

Yes. At the time of application for the package you must have sufficient limit on your line. After starting you package, it will renew every 31 days.

· An additional 5GB data package for Turckell Dergilik usage will be automatically uploaded on your line together with your package. This 5GB data is only valid for Dergilik usage. You can use as many content of Dergilik as you like with this 5GB data, without paying an extra fee.

· Throughout the application, a standard data connection fee is reflected only while logging in to Twitter, Facebook etc. or for some integrations inside the application (Google Analytics, Adjust etc.). If you have an additional mobile data package, such usage is deducted from your package. 

If the 5GB data provided exclusively for the Turkcell Dergilik runs out and you do not have an additional package, you will be charged according to your current tariff.

• Once you have downloaded the magazine or newspaper, you can read it wherever you like, without an internet connection.

• The magazines are updated either weekly, monthly or periodically, depending on their publication period.

· With the automatic download feature of Dergilik, the new issues of magazines can be downloaded if an internet connection is available on your smart device.

· You can request automatic download by agreeing the terms of acknowledgement message that appears on your screen while downloading the magazine of your choice or by creating your magazine list from the Settings / Automatic Download section.

• In order to be informed about the new issues of the magazines, click on the favourite icon located on the right top corner of the magazines you like or by adding them to your list in Settings / My Favourite Magazines section.

· You can share the magazine/newspaper text, visual or magazine content with your friends via e-mail, social media platforms or messaging applications such as BiP.

· To do this, all you need to do is to click on the ''Cropy'' icon located on any of the pages of the magazine you are reading and to choose the content you would like to share. To share, you need to choose e-mail, Twitter, Facebook or the messaging application.

· The content you share via BiP will not be deducted from the 5GB data offered exclusively with the Dergilik application.

· Yes, your package will also be valid in Turkey.

· If the 5GB data provided exclusively for the Turkcell Dergilik runs out and you do not have an additional package, you will be charged according to the standard tariff that is valid in Turkey.

· Your package will be valid only in TRNC and Turkey.

· Usage while abroad will be charged according to the current standard roaming fees.

• If the 5GB data provided exclusively with the Turkcell Dergilik packages runs out and you do not have an additional package, you will be charged according to your current tariff.

· To inquire about the remaining balance of the 5GB data provided with the monthly Dergilik package, text DERGILIK KALAN to 3030.

· You will receive an automatic SMS when you use 80% and 100% of the data provided with your package.

• Yes, you can tether the Dergilik package and use your Dergilik allowance on a different device.

· To cancel your monthly Dergilik subscription, text DERGILIK IPTAL to 3030.

· With all cancellation requests, you can continue using your package until the package end date.

• Subscriptions that are activated through application stores or the application can only be cancelled via the application stores or the application. You need to cancel your package on the same channel you have used to activate it.
