If you want to upload photos and videos to Facebook, Instagram and Messenger applications, make status updates, watch videos shared on applications and send messages without using up your current internet package, you can easily do this with the Social 5GB package.
Applications and contents that are included in Facebook, Instagram or Messenger applications but run by connecting to links and servers outside the applications are not included in the 5GB internet quota of the Social Package Package.
To subscribe to the Social Package;
● You can write SOSYAL and send a text message to 5055.
● From the Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell application

● You can apply from the Call Center at 533.
● You can benefit by purchasing Cookie Cards* at Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell sales points.
After sending a message, you can start using the Social Package after you receive a confirmation SMS stating that your package has started.
You can access content/videos on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger applications without paying an additional fee within the scope of your Package. Videos or other content on other sites (e.g. YouTube, candycrush) are charged because they are not included in the package. If you have an internet package, this type of usage will be deducted from your package.
Uploading and downloading photos/videos to Facebook and Instagram applications are included in this package. Use of third-party applications and content that are included in the Facebook or Instagram applications but work by connecting to servers outside the applications will be charged through your internet package, if any, or through your Standard Tariff.
You can also get the Social Package along with your existing internet package. In such a case, your usage through Facebook, Instagram and Messenger applications will be deducted from your Social Package first.
You can only use your Social Package domestically, within the coverage area of Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell.
To cancel your Social Package, you can cancel it by typing IPTAL SOSYAL and sending a free text message to 5055. You do not need to make any cancellation for the package purchased with Social Card, the package will expire after 7 days.
When the Social Package is canceled, you can use the remaining benefits of your package until the expiration date of the package. On the package renewal day, your package will not continue as a subscription and will be canceled because it has been cancelled.

• With the Social Package, you can access Facebook, Instagram and Messenger applications from your mobile phone for 7 days without paying any additional fee.
• Unless you cancel your Social Package subscription, it will be renewed on the 8th day if you have sufficient credit in your line.
• Applications, games and content that are on Facebook, Instagram or Messenger but link to pages other than these applications are not included in the package.
• Connections made via Internet access points, Mobile internet (internet.kktcell) access points used by 3G netbooks, notebooks and USB modems are not included in the package. It can be used outside the package in Opera mini and different browsers.
• You can only use your internet packages domestically, within the coverage area of Kuzey Kıbrıs Turkcell. The data you use abroad is charged according to the international roaming tariff.
• If your phone is 3G supported, you can benefit from the Social Package at Turkcell 3G speed; if your phone is not 3G compatible, you can benefit from the 2G/EDGE speed.
• KKTCELL reserves the right to change the campaign conditions and terminate the campaign at any time.
• You can only have 1 active Social Package at a time.
• Voice and video calls via the Messenger application are not included in the 5GB internet quota offered within the scope of the Social Package. Any usage you make within the scope of these features will be charged to your internet package, if any, or to your Standard Tariff.
If the Social Package 5GB usage quota is exceeded, your continued usage will be charged from your internet package or from your Standard Tariff.
